YAARD ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at yaard.co (the "Site"), a free Caribbean aesthetic profile picture generator. We are based in Jamaica.

YAARD does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the generator. If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and the content of your message.
When you upload a photo to YAARD, it is processed entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your image is:

We retain anonymised analytics data for up to 26 months, after which it is automatically deleted by our analytics provider. We do not retain any personally identifying information beyond what is necessary to respond to enquiries.
Uploaded photos are never stored on our servers at any point. They exist in your browser's memory only during the active generation session, and are permanently destroyed from browser memory immediately upon download — well before you close the tab. See Section 3 for the full technical detail of how destruction works.
If you contact us by email, we retain your correspondence for up to 2 years for record-keeping purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
